Underwater VOC On-Line Monitoring
System (APK2950W)
It is a real-time online monitoring device that extracts and analyzes volatile organic compounds (VOC) contained in water.
An advanced extraction method and concentration device are included to present the optimal analysis results. KNR has fully automated a system that extracts and analyzes volatile organic compounds contained in water based on analysis technology accumulated for many years. K&R's continuous analysis system maximizes user convenience by configuring so that all processes can be performed at once with installation. K&R's advanced sampling method enables the analysis of various VOCs in water samples. In particular, the low temperature concentration system built into the system maximizes the reliability of water management through the analysis of very trace samples and accurate data.
Membrane Extractor
In general, the method of analyzing volatile organic compounds contained in water is Purge & Is to use a trap or a headspace. However, all of these methods are suitable off-line, and the user moves the water sample from the field to the laboratory, conducts a certain treatment in a designated tube or vial, and then analyzes it.
Recently, a sample analysis method by SPME has been developed, but this is also a method that can be operated in a laboratory.
What these analysis methods have in common is that they are difficult to apply in the field, so continuous observation is not possible. And there are still concerns about loss of sample components on the go.
The membrane extractor developed by KNR enables continuous analysis because it extracts VOC components while continuously flowing water samples.
In particular, since the hydrophobic membrane is used, the effect of moisture can be excluded, and stable analysis data can be calculated.
* Depending on users and analysis items, purge or headspace modules can be installed and used.
Pre-Concentrator
Low temperature concentration is required to detect VOC components present at a concentration below ppb level. KNR's low-temperature concentration system enables concentration by lowering the temperature of the cooling part from -30℃ to -100℃ without the use of liquid nitrogen depending on the sample components. Therefore, it is possible to analyze not only ppb but also very small quantities at the ppt level. For stable feeding of feed, the transter line is always maintained at a temperature of 150℃ or higher, ensuring data reliability without memory effect even for continuous analysis.
